3/31/2022: Updates on EZ Insights, GEM Integration and EZ Rediscovery

Hi friends, long time no see! This week, we have released some new features, including EZ Insights, GEM Integration, and an improvement of EZ Rediscovery to make your work easier.

EZ Insights

EZ Insights (previously Talent Maps) is a useful solution for TA professionals (recruiters, TA leaders, and HR team members, alike) to gain an in-depth understanding and vision of the global talent pool to better source or make bigger, strategic decisions based on the overall market. 

With EZ Insights, you will be able to uncover competitive company trends and understand your company workforce. You may click on the switch button at the top left corner, select EZ Insights to explore.

GEM Integration

The GEM integration is now available in hireEZ.  It combines GEM's powerful CRM with hireEZ's rich candidate data hub and AI sourcing capabilities to create an end-to-end talent acquisition tool.

EZ Rediscovery 

We made an improvement to EZ Rediscovery (previously ATS Rediscovery)

1. We use the Advanced filter to replace the ATS filter and add four new sections for you to narrow down the pool: Time of last contact, Project, Tags, and Notes. 
2. For the other filters, we reserve the General, Company, and Education. These filters are essential for you to search for candidates.
