9/9/2021: Updates on Workday Integration, Reports tab, and Improvements on Individual Plans

Configure Job and Stage Lists When Exporting Candidates to Workday

Sometimes recruiters may get confused with the long list of jobs and stages when exporting candidates to their ATS. Now with the Workday integration, the Admin of the team is able to limit the ATS jobs to open roles and specify the stages of the roles from the drop-down menu below.

This feature helps prevent team members from pushing newly sourced candidates to a filled role or to hired/offer stages when exporting candidates to the ATS.

Reports Tab: Overview Analytics and Email Engagement Performance

We have just added a new section under the Reports tab. In the Overview Analytics section, you can set the time period, group(s), user(s), and project(s) that you want to focus on in the report. You may also check the box under the calendar to compare the data across days, weeks, months, or any customized time period.

The Export button on the right allows you to export the data as a .xlsx file. You can limit the sections of the report by checking the list in the pop-up window.

If you hold an Enterprise Admin license, you will also be able to schedule exports. You may choose to send the report to you and your team members and set the frequency and reporting period in the new window.

Please note, if you click on Cancel Scheduled Exports, all your scheduled reports will be canceled.

Hiretual Standard and Professional: Adding Unsubscribe Links to Your Reach out Emails

When reaching out to the candidates, our Standard and Professional users are now able to add an unsubscribe option at the end of the emails. Once the candidate clicks on the link, he/she will no longer receive any email from you.

Hiretual Starter: AI Sourcing Button on the Dashboard

We understand that Starter users are new to our system. To help you get familiar with our AI Sourcing workflow, we have added a Start AI sourcing button in the middle of the screen. Now you can start your sourcing journey either by clicking on the Source Candidates button on the upper left of the screen or this blue button in the middle.
