Talent Maps is a valuable solution for TA professionals (recruiters, TA leaders, and HR team members alike) to gain an in-depth understanding and vision of the global talent pool to better source or make bigger, strategic decisions based on the overall market. Candidate Insights / Market Insights
*Please note that company insights are an additional feature outside of Enterprise license. You may contact your account manager if you are interested in purchasing. Candidate/market insights, on the other hand, are included in the Enterprise package.
Candidate Insights / Market Insights
Candidate insights is a good place for you to learn about the market trends of a focused role or region. Hiretual intelligently analyzes data from 750M+ profiles, 100M job descriptions, and 50M companies to give you actionable market trends.
You may enter candidate insights via the Switch button ->Talent Maps at the top right corner or the market insights tab at the top navigation bar.
After inputting your filter requirements on the left-hand side, you may click on 'generate insights' at the bottom of the page. Then check the talent pool break-down on the right-hand side. By hovering your cursor on each bar in the different graphs, you may check the stat of each filter/segment (# of candidates). You may click on a bar to directly check candidates that fit the corresponding requirement.
It is also easy to directly export the insights report to spreadsheet/pdf by clicking on Export at the far right under the insights page. You can choose to start an AI sourcing by going to Start AI Sourcing at the top right corner.

Company Insights
With company insights, you will be able to uncover competitive company trends and understand your company workforce. You may click on the switch button at the top left corner, select Talent Maps, and hit Start under the Company Insights column to explore.
By entering a specific company on the left (you may input more filters if needed), then generating insights at the bottom, you will be able to check a detailed break-down of this company, including job titles, talent move flow, attrition, location, skills, diversity, education, and competitors. You can also click on the Export icon to export this company insights report and send it to your email or the bookmark icon to save this search, which can be found via the Saved Searches tab.
- Job titles: Find top title changes, organizational structure, top functions, and leadership teams of the selected company in this section.
- Talent Move Flow: Check this company's overall talent inflow and outflow over the past twelve months or three months in here.
- Attrition: Look at the overall workforce attrition rate of the selected company while comparing it to the whole industry.
- Location: Check employment in a specific area.
- Skills: You will find the stats regarding the whole life skill cycle of the selected company under this section.
- Diversity: This section is where you can review the general diversity data of the selected company and compare it with the corresponding industry.
- Education: Get insights into the educational background of employees.
- Competitors: You may enter insights reports of three similar companies.
