Talent Match
In Enterprise plan, now we have the Talent Match function for you to operate the screening job of the integrated ATS on Hiretual. You can configure it in Admin Console. Click the connected ATS and then click Resume importing, the data in the chosen ATS will be pulled to Hiretual. Currently it is only enabled for Workable and Workday.
After setting it, click Talent Match on the homepage.
On the left side of this page, you will see the projects that are available for your review. You can choose a project to continue your work.
On the right side you can see the Ideal Candidate Persona. The criteria is parsed from the criteria preset in ATS. Click the gear beside and you will enter the setting page to modify it.
Below are the applicants list. The candidates are ranked according to the Ideal Candidate Persona and divided into 2 groups according your the score limit you set. Here you can use Good fit or Not a Fit to screen the candidates. The screened candidates will go to the next stage in your ATS. By clicking the pencil icon, you can also raise or lower the match score.
