The Funnel view provides insights into the pass-through rates of your sourcing and recruitment activities. By filtering the data based on projects, you can identify areas of success and areas that require troubleshooting.
In this view, hireEZ groups candidates based on the Reviewed stage in the Funnel View and displays the pass-through rates for candidates who entered that stage within the specified time period.
For example, if you filter by February, you will only see candidates who were reviewed in February. Candidates reviewed in January will not appear in any stages, even if they qualify in February.
This view helps answer questions such as:
- Which projects/jobs have the best ROI, and where are the bottlenecks?
- How effective was my recruiting strategy during a specific period?
- Have all the candidates reviewed by my team been contacted?
Activity View
The Activity view displays the platform activity records of a user within a specified time frame. While some fields may be similar to the full view, they have different meanings in this context. Unlike the full view, candidates will only appear in a stage if they were added to that stage during the set time period.
Continuing with the previous example, if you filter by February, the Activity view will show all activities. Candidates who were reviewed in January and qualified in February will appear in the Qualified column in this view but not in any other columns. Percentages are not visible in this view.
This view helps answer questions such as:
- How many candidates have been contacted this quarter?
- How many days has each team member been active this month?
- How many replies and clicks did my team receive last quarter?
