5/20/2021: Updates on Mandatory Skill, Copy Search, Sequence & Insights Report – SSO with Hireez

Hi recruiters. How are you? Summer is here or winter for the friends in the Southern Hemisphere. I hope you can enjoy the sunshine ☀️ no matter the temperature.

This week, we made some improvement to help you customize your searches, email campaigns and insights report one step further.

Smart Mandatory Mode

By default, our Mandatory Skills field adopts the AI Smart Mode, which means our AI automatically adjusts this field and helps you include similar or related skills in your search with a flexible search logic that prioritizes candidates that have all input skills, but relaxes this criteria to finding candidates with some of the skills as the talent pool diminishes.

Once you turn off the Smart Mode, our AI will only recommend the exact skills you have input, essentially making the search logic more strict. You can use this mode to fill more niche roles, where the skills required for the role must be in every profile sourced.

This feature is currently released as a beta offering. If you would like to try it, you can reach out to your CSM to turn it on.

Build Similar Searches

To build searches that are similar to the previous ones, you can simply click on the Copy button in the down below picture and save it in an existing project or new project. It will lead you to the search result page. You can adjust it according to your needs. This Copy Search function is available in our new AI sourcing interface.

Diversify Email Subjects in Sequence Follow-Ups

Previously, you only had one chance to set the Subject and whether to send the follow-ups as a new thread or a reply. Now you can customize this for each individual follow-up, and when you select new thread, you'll be able to set a new subject. It provides you with more flexibility to build strategic email campaigns.

Customized Exported Insights Reports

With this improvement, every time you export your Insights Report as a PDF, you can only select the charts your team and/or clients are interested in, and can even rearrange their order of appearance, which allows you to make your Market Insights reports concise and effective.
