Hi recruiters, I hope you had a great week in this beautiful springtime. This week, we refine our Locations and Companies filters, add the bulk action buttons under the pipeline, and a new option for ATS integration.
Locations
Similar to the list buttons for Companies and Schools, now you can add a frequently used list under the Locations filter as well.
Modify the list based on your needs. Add locations of your offices, or places where you want to build a new team and save time for your next search!
Company Sizes
To help you target candidates from companies with desired scales, we add a new filter called Company Sizes. You can locate it under the Company tab.
Leveraging data from across the open web and other data vendors that hireEZ partners with, the options here allow you to source candidates from specific company sizes. By using it, only candidates from chosen scales will show up in the results. However, please be aware that the data will be about the candidate's current company only, and companies that don't disclose size data on the web will be automatically excluded from this search.
Bulk Action Buttons
Can't find the bulk action buttons when you decide to export the candidates in your pipeline or copy your candidates to other projects? No worries! Now we pin these buttons just below your pipeline stages.
Once you select the candidates, the buttons will be enabled and you can take bulk actions simply by clicking on them.
Talemetry Integration
Hiretual now supports the connection with Talemetry! You are able to find Talemetry on the ATS/CRM section under the Integrations tab.
To use Hiretual-Talemetry integration, please reach out to the Talemetry support team to enable and configure the feature. You may click on See integration tutorial for more information.
